To facilitate and witness the adventure of a new journey… fraught with excitement and caution and perhaps pain and/or grief….the journey of discovery in the pace and manner in which a client chooses or as it organically unfolds. It is a mindful process – an inclusive process – a client-centered process. Together we study and identify patterns and transitions and find the internal and external resources to facilitate this process – a transitional process. As we study together a preferred path unfolds. The work itself is a model for life. Once embarked on can be a resource and drawn from again and again. It is an empowering process.
Expression can be experienced in Sand Play, Process Painting, CBT, Body-Centered Therapy, and other Humanistic theoretical models.
